Tenant Find Service

Let’s just get it rented without any ongoing contract

Our Tenant Find Service is our standard service for securing high-calibre tenants in your desired time frame whilst maximising your rental income. It is designed for experienced landlords who are are able to effectively manage the tenancy, maintenance and safety requirements themselves but need us to advertise the property and initiate the tenancy. The fee for this is 85% of the first month’s rent with a minimum fee of £525 payable once the tenancy for your property commences with fixed term renewals charged at £75.

Part Managed Service

For those who want a helping hand throughout the tenancy

Our Part Managed Service includes all of the services shown within our Tenant Find Service and is tailored for landlords who require some support in the day to day management of the tenancy but feel confident enough to arrange repairs and maintenance during the tenancy. We will act as the tenant’s main point of contact throughout the tenancy and still ensure that the property is being managed effectively. The fee for this is 50% of the first month’s rent with a minimum fee of £500 payable once the tenancy for your property commences with along with a monthly management fee of 7% with a minimum £40.

Our Fully Managed Service includes all of the services shown within our Tenant Find and Part Managed Services. This is for landlords who want us to oversee all aspects of the tenancy so put the management of the property and tenancy in our hands. This service allows us to provide complete peace of mind from the beginning of the property being marketed all the way through to the deposit being given back to the tenant at the end. The fee for this is 50% of the first month’s rent with a minimum fee of £500 payable once the tenancy for your property commences with along with a monthly management fee of 10% with a minimum £50.
